Direct Contractor Management

Mosaic Development will oversee and manage the bid process, construction schedule, monitor the budget and ensuring that the work is performed to the highest standard.

Direct & Effective Communication (Between Engineer, Contractor, Client and related parties)

Mosaic Development will remain in constant contact with the client, providing regular updates on the progress of the engineering work, review or development status, schedule, budget, milestones, and/or any problems or requests which may arise.
