Blake is responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic planning of the company. Blake’s goal is to partner with clients and trade partners to build working relationships built on trust, accountability and added value.

Tom brings over 40 years of industry expertise and is a leader in the land development community. Along with his son Blake, Tom is heavily engaged in Mosaic’s long-term strategic planning. Tom’s diverse network accelerates Mosaic’s client development and business opportunities.
